Abstaining From Sexual Vices


According to experience, observation and research I have found to know that the sin of sexual immorality is one of the most deadlest sins and one which God really frowns at, this sin can take a man from the high level of spirituality and bring him down to the starting point, Since it is a sin against the body it renders the body polluted for The Holy Spirit to dwell in.

If a man has The Holy Spirit in him and he keeps committing sexual sins, sooner the person will see that The Holy Spirit will go silent in him because his body which is The Temple of God where The Holy Spirit dwells is now unfit and unclean for such Spirit as Holy as He to dwell in.

Learning to hear from God and be led by the Holy Spirit is very exciting. God wants to speak to us about the plan He has for our lives. His plan is a good plan, but we are in danger of missing it if we don’t learn how to listen to and obey God’s voice. We talk to our children all the time—why wouldn’t our heavenly Father talk to His children?
