The Last Juror

After decades of patient mismanagement and loving neglect, The Ford County Times went bankrupt in 1970. The owner and publisher, Miss Emma Caudle, was ninety-three years old and strapped to a bed in a nursing home in Tupelo. The editor, her son Wilson Caudle, was in his seventies and had a plate in his head from the First War. A perfect circle of dark grafted skin covered the plate at the top of his long, sloping forehead, and throughout his adult life he had endured the nickname of Spot. Spot did this. Spot did that. Here, Spot. There, Spot.

How To Write A Business Plan

Writing a plan is a journey through the  mind of one person. Even in partnerships  and corporations, usually one person has  the vision and energy to take an idea and  turn it into a business by writing a business  plan. For that reason, I have addressed this  book to the business owner as a single  individual rather than a husband-and-wife  team, group, committee, partnership, or  corporation. And you’ll find that the same  financial and analytical tools necessary to  convince potential lenders and investors  that your business idea is sound can also  help you decide whether your idea is the  right business for you. Four Keys To Hearing God's Voice

We are going to make something that has been very hard, very simple. I could not hear God’s voice for the first ten years of my Christian life, and now I have spent 30 years teaching the Body of Christ how to do so. It is as simple as quieting yourself down, fixing your eyes on Jesus, tuning to spontaneity, and writing! And all Christians can do it! You can do it! Jesus promised, “My sheep hear My voice” (John 10:27). So you can hear His voice. His voice sounds like spontaneous thoughts that light upon your mind, especially as your heart is fixed on Him. And you can do this every day as part of your morning devotions. You can live out of His voice all day, by simply seeing Him alongside you (He is Immanuel, God with you), and staying tuned to spontaneity all day long. The Bible calls this abiding in Christ (see John 15:4) or “praying without ceasing” (1 Thess. 5:17). Click Here To Download The Book

The Energy Bus

Positive energy. . . . It’s a term being talked about a lot more frequently in conference rooms, classrooms, locker rooms, and even living rooms. Perhaps it’s because there is an abundance of new research that shows that positive people, positive communication, positive interactions, and positive work and team cultures produce positive results. Or perhaps at a deeper level we all know that every person, every career, every company, every organization, every family, and every team will have to overcome negativity, adversity, and challenges to define themselves and create success. Prayers That Avail Much For Teens

Dear Teenager, If you didn’t buy this book, you probably received it as a gift from a caring parent, grandparent, or teacher. However, the written prayers herein were suggested by your peers — young people who understand the pressures and present-day issues with which you are confronted every day. Teenagers from all walks of life are finding assurance, comfort, courage, hope, and faith as they pray fromthese pages. You are living in a society that would lead you to believe that there are no absolutes — one in which everything you have been taught by the Church is being challenged. Male and female roles are changing, family values are in the process of being re-defined, and sensitivity to right and wrong is disappearing. Click Here To Download The Book

Secret Of The Millionaire Mind

We live in a world of duality: up and down, light and dark, hot and cold, in and out, fast and slow, right and left. These are but a few examples of the thousands of opposite poles. For one pole to exist, the other pole must also exist. Is it possible to have a right side without a left side? Not a chance.  Consequently, just as there are “outer” laws of money, there must be “inner” laws. The outer laws include things like business knowledge, money management, and investment strategies. These are essential. But the inner game is just as important. An analogy would be a carpenter and his tools. Having top-of-the-line tools is imperative, but being the top-notch carpenter who masterfully uses those tools is even more critical. Click Here To Download The Book

Spirit Of Leadership

There are many who confuse the position of leadership with the disposition of true leadership. No matter what position one may be given, status in an organization does not automatically create leadership. Genuine leadership is one’s internal disposition, which relates to a sense of purpose, self-worth, and self-concept. Click Here To Download The Book

The Most Dangerous Book You Will Ever Read

This book takes the tools of military intelligence such as heightened observation skills, deliberate interpersonal interactions, and a Special Forces–like bias for action and relates their potential value to the business world today.  The metaphor of business leaders as intelligence assets using finely honed skills, tools, and a deliberate backbone to advance their companies in a vision that business is war drives home some key realities. If you are not aware of tools such as these in this book, how do you know if they aren’t being used on you daily?  Click Here To Download The Book

The Broker

The last friend was Critz, an old fraternity pal from their days at Cornell when Morgan ran the student government while Critz stuffed the ballot boxes. In the past four years, Critz had served as press secretary, chief of staff, national security advisor, and even secretary of state, though that appointment lasted for only three months and was hastily rescinded when Critz's unique style of diplomacy nearly ignited World War III. Critz's last appointment had taken place the previous October, in the final frantic weeks of the reelection onslaught. With the polls showing President Morgan trailing badly in at least forty states, Critz seized control of the campaign and managed to alienate the rest of the country, except, arguably, Alaska.  It had been a historic election; never before had an incumbent president received so few electoral votes. Three to be exact, all from Alaska, the only state Morgan had not visited, at Critz's advice. Five hundred and thirty-five for the chal...

Anointed For Business

Anointed for Business is a welcome addition to the teaching ministry of Ed Silvoso. While his early books have greatly blessed the Body of Christ, this one is destined to release even more of God’s ministers into the fulfillment of their destiny. I have been privileged to watch this message become formed in Ed and released to the Body, and I can say from firsthand experience, “Get ready to be blessed!” Click to Download
